Doesn’t my company already have access to emc?
If your company has medicines information published on emc, this is covered by membership with us to publish medicine information on the emc website for HCPs and Patients in the UK to access, achieving MHRA compliance and many other associated benefits of having a presence on the emc website.
It does not cover your company's access and use of the emc website globally. For this, a separate subscription is required.
You will need a separate subscription if you require access to the emc website for you and your colleagues.
What kind of information does emc contain?
emc contains compliant, up-to-date and regulated medicine safety information, including SmPCs (Summary of Product Characteristics), PILs (Patient Information Leaflets), RMMs (Risk Minimisation Materials) and SRDs (Scientific Response Documents).
How far back in time can I find previous versions of a document
SmPC and PIL changes can be tracked as far back as the publish date for the first document version on emc.
How can I obtain a medicines information change report?
